Super Cute and Super Fun!!! This is a 2 piece dress. The top is like a tank top with petals on the bottom. Wear the top with a pair of leggins or jeans or even over a long sleeve shirt for the cooler days. The bottom is an elastic waisted skirt again with lots of rulled petals. The skirt would look Great with a cool tshirt! There's so many ways to wear this outfit!
All inside seams are finished so this outfit is made to last! It is machine washable.
