The Pretty Blue Fairy Dress Size 4

The dress is 2 pieces. The under dress ( the Light Blue satin) is a simple swing dress with a hook and eye closure. The robe is a Light Blue Sheer with little hearts all over. The robe is trimmed in blue ribbon accented with flowers. The tulle wings are attached to the robe. Also included is a matching headband.This is the last one of this exact dress.
