This is a really cool Mermaid costume. Great for Halloween, Mermaid Parties or Dress Up. This is a 3 piece set, including the top bottom and crown. The top is a basic halter top. The bottom is like a skirt with the tail coming off of the side with a velcro side closure. The child could either hold the tail, pin it on the side (by using the attached hook and eye) or let it drag behind. It is very cool and different. It also includes a matching crown.
