Tinkerbell Dress

This is a lovely Tinkerbell Dress great for tea parties, birthday parties and, of course Halloween. The dress is one piece with an elastic waist and petals for the skirt. The wings velcro to the back of the dress. The costume also includes matching bloomers, belt, and a scrunchie.
