Classic Clown Costume

You know that EVERYONE was a clown at least once for Halloween! This costume is a simple classic clown costume. I even made the pom-poms by hand. All inside seams are finshed so you know it will last for many years.The costume includes the Hat and Collar. (I think my mom still has my clown costume!)
